Prayer to the Holy Spirit

To be recited following the Act of Perfect surrender and anytime afterwards.

Come Holy Spirit fill the hearts of the faithful and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love. Send forth Thy spirit and they shall be created and Thou shall renew the face of the earth.

O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant, that by the power of the Holy Spirit, we may be truly wise and courageous in following the Gospel, and use our charismatic gifts to the full, in preparing the way for the coming of Thy Kingdom.

We make this prayer through Christ Our Lord. Amen.
